Easy Cheesy Mash

This is tasty! You can have it with anything really! Someone even once told me they love Mash sandwiches?! Hey ho, I ain’t judgin’!

Here is what you need.

2 med-large Potatoes per person
Dairy free butter
Plant milk
Salt and Pepper
4 TBSP Nutritional Yeast (to start with)

Ok, obviously we are going to start by peeling and boiling our Potatoes, until a fork can easily get through them. Drain.

Oooh… I could just eat them like this! Nom nom, starchy goodness! But that’s not what we’re here for… So get them back in the pan and get mashing! Add a good glug of milk, 2TBSP dairy free butter, and heavily season with Salt and Pepper. However much you use now, I will guarantee you will add more! But the that’s the best way to do it. If you get cocky, you’ll ruin it and have to start again.

Once you have tasted it, added more of what you need to, and tasted again… add the Nooch. Stir it in with a spoon and have another taste.

You shouldn’t need to ad anything by now, but by all means, if you think it needs more, do it!
