Oil for cooking
1 white onion
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp mustard seeds
400ml coconut milk
250g drained chickpeas
250g garden peas
1tsp brown sugar (optional)
Add some cooking oil to a large non-stick pan, chuck the onion and all your spices in, and soften it up!
Add the coconut milk and stir it through till the colour changes, add the chickpeas…
Reduce it, about 5 minutes should do, stir in the sugar if you are using it and add the peas! Super easy! Shove it in your beautiful face!
